Lets be real, Ive been slacking off on mi blogging. Not to lay around and stare at the ceiling I assure you. Lets catch up, shall we? First off and most importantly, our next show is this Saturday at the Tee Off with special guests Grand Invincible and Sequenced Mindset, and as always is completely free. Here’s the flyer…

Honestly, it may be my favorite so far, though the Star Wars one forever holds a special place in my heart. These shows are truly unique and in my opinion the best place to see Fist Fam, it really captures the spirit of what we’re all about. Grimy, small, and highly intoxicated, plus the owners are some of the best people walking the planet. Check out this video of Paulie cooking on Food Network to see another one of the best reasons you should be sure to arrive early.

Nuff said. Lets move on then, this is gonna be a long post. Saturday may be spoken for, but what you may not know is that Friday is taken as well. The homies at Solidarity Records are throwing a mixtape release party at Club 6.

It’s pretty retarded that this album is free, as it is professional as anything else out and much more fresh, but lets face it, you’d prolly find a way to download it anyway. Most of their camp showed up to our cd release show among several other San Francisco legends last week. It was a true success, with the exception of a certain zombie I won’t bother naming, lol. Every group completely destroyed the stage and I regret that I was not in photographer mode, though I’m sure some will surface soon enough. As you should know by now, the show morphed into a double album release for not only H&H but also Rec League’s “Season Two”. The rellie Richie Cunning released his new mixtape “Late Night Special” shortly thereafter which you can download for free here.
